Welcome, traveler, to the realm of Chaotic Studios, operated by The Chaotic Company Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a registered Canadian corporation based in King City, Ontario. By entering this site, placing an order, or engaging with our content, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions — the binding pact that governs our shared adventure.

1. The Pact of Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase from our store. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or revoke access for any misuse, fraudulent behavior, or violation of these terms.

2. The Nature of Our Craft

Each product we forge — dice, miniatures, towers, accessories, or art pieces — is handmade or 3D printed in limited runs. Slight variations in color, shape, or finish are signs of authentic craftsmanship, not defects.

We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice. Orders are considered accepted only after you receive written confirmation from us.

3. Custom Orders & Commissions

Custom creations are bound by special terms:

All custom orders are final sale.
A proof of design will be sent before production. Once approved, no refunds, exchanges, or credits are permitted.
Minor aesthetic differences may occur between digital proofs and the finished product due to materials, lighting, and printing process.

4. Shipment & Delivery

All shipments are handled personally by our workshop via Canada Post or Chit Chats.

Orders typically ship within five (5) business days.
Delivery times vary by region and carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels once they leave our facility. Customers must contact the shipping provider directly for claims.
International buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for non-custom items under the following conditions:

You must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and shipped back securely for inspection.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after we receive and approve the return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
No returns, exchanges, or credits for custom or made-to-order items.

6. The Chaos Rewards Program

Our Chaos Rewards program grants loyal adventurers exclusive perks.

Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed through our site.
Points do not expire so long as your subscription or account remains active.
We may alter or discontinue the program at any time, with or without notice.
Abuse, fraud, or system manipulation will result in forfeiture of all points and account privileges.

7. Digital Content, Media & Community

Our podcast (Behind the Chaos), blog, and other creative works are produced by Chaotic Studios for entertainment and educational purposes within the tabletop gaming community.

All content (audio, text, video, and imagery) is the property of The Chaotic Company Inc.
Redistribution, republication, or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.
You may share or reference our content with proper credit and links to the original source.
All user interactions (comments, submissions, social tags) must remain respectful, lawful, and free from hate speech or infringement.

8. Fan Content & Trademarks

We operate independently and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast LLC or any other rights holder of Dungeons & Dragons or related properties.

“Chaotic Studios” and the dragon emblem are trademarks of The Chaotic Company Inc.
All original works, designs, and digital media on this website are protected by Canadian and international copyright law.

We may showcase fan art, reviews, or photos tagged with our brand. By submitting or tagging us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, repost, or promote your content, with or without credit (though we always try to give proper recognition).

9. Partnerships & Licensed Designs

Some of our products are crafted in collaboration with talented partners such as Primal Collectibles, STLFlix, Prime Layers, and Late Night Layers.
These creators retain their respective copyrights to original STL designs, used here with permission or license.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of their models or derivatives without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
Our items are collectibles and display pieces, not intended for children under 12 unless otherwise stated.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. Personal data collected through our site (such as names, emails, and shipping details) is used solely for order fulfillment, communication, and rewards management.

We do not sell or trade personal data.
We rely on trusted third-party services (e.g., Wix, PayPal, Canada Post) for secure processing and analytics.

12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be heard in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
